Quality Assurance

All Navigate's products are manufactured in world class production facilities that are regularly audited by approved organisations.

The facilities have been accredited to ISO9000 and ISO 9002 and employ a state of-the-art MRP system.

An ethical approach to the environment and working practices has awarded the company with ISO 14001 and SEDEX accreditation.

Every single product that we develop, whatever its final usage, is developed and created within the scope of all relevant ISO or BSEN standards.

All materials and components we use are automatically specified so that they meet and exceed the EN71 Part 3 standard for safety in the migration of heavy metals and toxic elements.

In addition all products meet level 3 of the ISO106 Grey Scale standard for colour fastness. We employ independent quality arbitrators including SGS and Intertek Laboratories for ‘during production’ and final assembly inspection as well as regular on site inspections.

Our quality control and ethical trading policies have been endorsed by our distinguished list of blue chip clients.
